This can be a difficult process and memories seem to be made real through our physical relationship to things. But we don’t have to be weighted down by their mass. Imagine, each inanimate love-cherished item living on with the respect and integrity its memory deserves.

First;

We'll meet and walk through the home. Usually people have questions about preparations; "Should we throw away the trash or take things to donation?" When it comes the removal of items, all that is necessary is to take the items you want to keep.

On our 1st visit, we do a video inventory of each room and talk about any items that need additional focus. Are there family pictures or documents undiscovered? Valuables or cash tucked away in unknown places? When any of these items become discovered throughout our days on premisses they are then put to the side and brought to your attention immediately.

What's next?

A contract is then created to suit your unique situation and is mutually signed with a start date. 

How long will it take and what is included?

The process will be discussed according to your timeline. One or two weeks is common. 

• First we stage your items, presenting them in the most attractive ways possible. Light house cleaning is included in this processes. 

  
  

• During the pricing period we research current market value for all common, rare and treasured items. 

  
  

• A two day sale will be offered to the public by posting in many online forums, websites, physical signs, email lists and fliers. 

  
  

• When the sale is complete we offer the opportunity to keep any items that are unsold. Everything else is donated, recycled and brought to the landfill. 

  
  

• The home is then completely cleared according to the contract.
